Safety concerns: Authorities seek help in locating two Phelps County missing teenagers, one considered dangerous

Phelps County, Missouri – Officials in Phelps County are urgently looking for two young boys who have disappeared from Rolla.

Gage Hayes, who is 15, and Cameron Howell, 17 years old, were last spotted walking on Saturday night at about 10 p.m. It’s believed they may be trying to travel to Clinton.

Two Phelps County have been reported missing, but authorities seek public help in locating them as they might be dangerous

Hayes is a white boy, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs around 110 pounds. He’s got red hair and blue eyes. The last time he was seen, he was wearing a black sweatshirt and light blue pants. Notably, he has tattoos of a smiley face and a cross on his hand, and another tattoo on his left upper arm.

Howell, also a white boy, is a bit taller at 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 150 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes. When last seen, he was in a black hat, a sweater, a light blue shirt, and jeans. He’s got a tattoo of a rose and ‘RIP mama’ on his right arm.

Police caution that Howell might react violently and be dangerous. They advise anyone who spots these teens to avoid approaching them and instead call 911 straight away.
